If
your communications applications use "legacy" protocols, you
might not have the skills in-house or might not want to train
existing staff in technology that will be soon replaced.
Older
communications systems might not have sufficient documentation
or support. We can probably help document the
system, and in some cases we may even be able to make modifications
to the system to add new features or to correct particular
communications problems.
Our experience in systems integration and in developing complex
communications systems will be beneficial when multiple
vendors are involved. We can help to resolve the "finger

some cases, we can provide longer-term support for communications
applications that still work well but that involve
